A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve all appointments.

• Individual beauty appointments require a non-refundable retainer.

• Bridal and special event bookings require the retainer outlined in your service agreement.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until your retainer has been received.

Every appointment at So Pretty Beauty Bar is reserved exclusively for you. Because your appointment time is held specifically for you, all payments made are considered non-refundable retainers and are applied toward reserving your scheduled appointment.

• All retainers are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for one courtesy reschedule. Your retainer may be transferred to a new appointment scheduled within 100 days of the original appointment date.

• If the new appointment is not booked and completed within 100 days, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book again.

• A $30 cancellation fee applies to all canceled appointments within the 72 hour mark.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit all payments made. No credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.

• Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations and all payments will be forfeited and a $30 Fee will be charged.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.

Clients who fail to arrive without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and a $30 no show fee.

If you believe you will be late to your appointment, please contact us so we can provide the best course of action.

After 15 mins, your appointment will automatically cancelled without the chance of reschedule and charged a no show fee.

Please use the booking link in your confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments rescheduled with more than 72 hours' notice may transfer the existing retainer one time to another date.

The health and safety of our clients and team are our top priority. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been diagnosed with a contagious condition, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Please do not attend your appointment if you have:

• Fever

• Cold or Flu

• COVID-19

• Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis)

• Active Cold Sores (when receiving facial or lip-area services)

• Ringworm

• Scabies

• Head Lice

• Open, infected, or draining wounds

• Any sexually transmitted infection (STI/STD) affecting the treatment area

• Any other contagious illness or communicable skin condition

If you arrive with symptoms of a contagious illness or a condition that could compromise the safety of our staff or other clients, So Pretty Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service. In these situations, all cancellation and late cancellation policies will remain in effect.

If you are unsure whether your condition may affect your appointment, please contact us prior to your visit so we can advise you appropriately.

To ensure the best possible results, please arrive:

• With clean skin unless instructed otherwise

• Free of heavy lotions or oils on treatment areas

• Ready at your scheduled appointment time

• With any allergies or medical concerns disclosed before treatment.

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests:

• Only clients receiving services should attend appointments.

• Children and additional guests are discouraged unless previously approved.

Due to the nature of professional beauty services:

• Services are non-refundable.

• Retail products may be eligible for exchange if unopened and within our return window.

• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and provide a reasonable solution.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your appointment unless prepaid.

So Pretty Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior.

We may photograph completed services for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let your provider know before your service.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. So Pretty Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Individual results vary based on skin type, hair growth cycles, medical history, medications, and aftercare. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
