Please be sure to review our beauty studio policies, as they reflect how we operate. This information is vital to the services we provide. We would need you to review, agree and understand the items below before booking any services.

  • Cancelations

    Please note 50% booking fee / retainer fee is non-refundable when booking any service. If you Cancel your service 24 hours prior to the service the remaining 50% booking/ retainer fee will be credited to a future service.

    Please be aware those who cancel same day understand, that a refund will not be given and 100% of payments made will be forfeited

  • No Shows

    If you fail to show up to your appointment, all payments made will be forfeited.

  • Late arrivals

    If you believe you will be late to your appointment, please contact us so we can provide the best course of action.

    After 15 mins, your appointment will be cancelled without the chance of reschedule.

  • Rescheduling

    To reschedule your appointment, please refer to the portal within your confirmation email. (The one you received when booking your appointment).

    Alternatively, you can also call us and our beauty studio receptionist will assist with your rescheduling needs. Reschedules will be honored with a 24+hour notice.

  • Safety & Sanitation

    Since our services are limited and time is being added to clean and sanitize, it is more important than ever to arrive on time for your appointment. If you have to reschedule, please give 24 hours notice.

    Do not bring additional guests to your appointment, they will not be allowed to wait in our waiting room. No children allowed in the reception area

  • Covid19

    Please stay home if you or anyone you know have come into contact with someone who has or has recently had any symptoms of cold, flu or has a history of recent travel
